Submit your Contributions
Both submissions of Abstracts and Final Contributions (Optional) are performed online via the Conference website.
After completing this pre-registration form (alternatively click Register at the top right of the Conference website) and by choosing Author as your member group, you will receive an email to validate your Account. After validation, you will receive a second email with your Username and password, which will be used to login to your PROHITECH 2020 Account.
Abstract Submission
Prepare a one-page Abstract. Login to your Conference Account, click My Abstracts/My Papers, click Submit an Abstract, select the relevant category and proceed with the Abstract Submission.
The deadline for uploading the new Abstracts is 13 September 2020. You will receive the outcome of the review process of your Contribution by e-mail.
Final Contribution Submission (Optional)
All authors who received via email a notification of acceptance of their Abstract are invited to submit online the corresponding Final Contribution. There is no limitation regarding the NUMBER of pages of the Final Contribution. Nevertheless, only Full Papers with 4 pages or more (including figures, tables and references) will be indexed. The Conference proceedings- the accepted full-length papers- will appear as E-book and print book and will be published by SPRINGER in its LNCE series (https://www.springer.com/series/15087) and indexed in Scopus (https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21100889404?origin=resultslist#tabs=0). Springer offers free access to all corresponding authors. Each Final Contribution should be written following the template that can be found below. The file has to be translated to portable document format (PDF) before submission. Authors must upload the PDF file, correctly formatted, on the Conference website. The maximum size of the uploaded PDF file is 15 MB. The deadline for uploading the revised version or new Final Contributions is 15 May 2021.
The Organizers do not commit themselves to include in the Proceedings any paper received later than this deadline. At least one of the authors must register and pay his/her registration by 1 September 2021 in order for the paper to be included in the Springer Proceedings and the Conference program.
Springer provides templates for Word and LaTeX users that help structure the manuscript, e.g., define the heading hierarchy. Predefined style formats are available for all the necessary structures that are supposed to be part of the manuscript, and these formats can be quickly accessed via hotkeys or special toolbars.
Note: These templates are not intended for the preparation of the final page layout! The final layout will be created by Springer according to our layout specifications.
