Participation Options

Dear PROHITECH 2020 participant,

We would like to provide you with an update regarding the participation options of PROHITECH 2020: 

As announced, the Conference will be held physically in Athens, on 25-27 October 2021 in the National Centre for Scientific Research 'DEMOKRITOS' Congress Center .
 
The participants who won't be able to attend the Conference physically, will have the opportunity to send a pre-recorded video of duration of maximum of 10 minutes of their presentation to be included in the programme and to be broadcasted during the Conference. However, the Conference will not be broadcasted online for those participants who won't be able to attend physically.

The deadline for sending the pre-recorded videos is 15 September 2021.

Important change in COVID legislation:

The Conference will be COVID free. As of 13 September 2021, the Greek government has announced that access to indoor premises such as Conference venues and restaurants will be allowed to those who are fully vaccinated.

Therefore, in order to access the Conference and its social events, you will need to be in possession of either:

• a certificate of vaccination (valid 14 days after the second dose) or
• a proof of recovery from COVID-19

We remind you that the deadline for early registration is 31 July 2021, while the final deadline for registration for inclusion in the Conference program and proceedings to be published by Springer is 1 September 2021.
